Clinical Quality Control Editor (Full-time)

Summary/Description:

Benchmark is currently looking for an enthusiastic, Clinical Quality Control Editor, who is flexible to work in all aspects of our quality assurance process. You will be responsible for clinical coordination of files and the final stage clinical report editing. You will report to our Manager of Clinical Services and will be required to work out of our Oakville, ON, headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Regulated Healthcare Practitioner in good standing with your regulatory college
• Superior knowledge of the independent medical examination process
• Advanced experience in clinical editing and proof-reading to produce defensible, evidence based, objective and impartial medical reports
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Knowledge of applicable legislation on a national platform
• Attention to detail
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent command of the English language, in both written and oral forms
• Superior knowledge of medical terminology and the scope of practice of different disciplines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 8.1
