Benchmark Independent Medical Examinations Inc. (Benchmark IME) (formerly Benchmark Rehabilitation Inc.) launched our unique Independent Medical Examination (IME) services in January 2005 and received our first referrals. Benchmark IME is a privately owned Canadian Corporation that provides a comprehensive range of IMEs and Occupational Therapy services to the automobile insurance, employer, and private sectors throughout the province of Ontario.

Benchmark IME provides defensible, evidence based, objective and impartial IMEs and Occupational Therapy services. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our workflow and operations through: the establishment and review of quality objectives; communication of those objectives to our customers, employees and service providers; and by embracing new technologies and constructive self-criticism.

Benchmark IME’s quality management system has been assessed by Orion Registrar and found to be in compliance with the following quality standard: ISO 9001:2008.

In 2009, Benchmark IME launched our proprietary online QuickNet WorkDesk software application. QuickNet WorkDesk provides claims adjusters and managers, third parties and our service providers with communication and document management tools in a dynamic, intuitive, and secure environment.
